Questions and Troubleshooting

This page gathers simple solutions for the most common problems.

I do not see any sermons

Check:

1. that at least one language is installed
2. that one language is active

Search finds nothing

Try this:

1. check the active language
2. type at least three characters
3. try a simpler word
4. try another form of the same word

I cannot hear the audio reading

Check:

1. your computer volume
2. Settings > Audio Reading
3. the selected voice or provider
4. that playback is not paused

Sync is not working

Check:

1. your internet connection
2. that you are signed in with Google
3. that sync is active

If needed, sign in again in Settings > Backup.
