Reading Sermons
Reading sermons is the heart of Wmb Table. This page shows how to open, follow, and return to the messages you need.
Opening a sermon
In the right panel, open the Sermons section.
You can browse the library:
- by year
- by alphabet
- by the available list in the active language
Click a title to open it in the center.
Show the year or alphabet filters and one selected sermon.
Reading in the center
When the sermon opens:
- its title appears in a tab
- the text is shown paragraph by paragraph
- you can read without leaving the window
For a detailed explanation of the top bar, right-click menu, highlighting, adding to a subject, adding to a note, and read aloud, also read Using the Reading View.
Using several tabs
You can keep multiple items open at the same time, for example:
- one main sermon
- one Bible chapter
- another sermon for comparison
- one personal document
Changing translation
Some sermons may be available in more than one translation or installed language.
This helps when you want to compare wording or review the same message in another language.
Returning to a precise passage
Wmb Table can bring you back to a precise place from:
- search results
- a subject
- a note reference
Searching inside the open sermon
Inside the reading view, you can search within the sermon that is already open.
This helps when you already know which sermon you need and only want the exact paragraph.
Highlights and saved passages
Important passages can be marked so they are easier to find again later.
Zoom and reading comfort
If the text is too small or too large, use the zoom controls in the reading view.
Audio and voice reading
Depending on the content and settings:
- some sermons may have linked audio
- otherwise the app can read the text with a configured voice
