These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of:
- the Wmb Table application
- the Wmb Table documentation website
By using Wmb Table or its documentation site, you agree to these terms.
1. What Wmb Table is
Wmb Table is desktop software designed to help users read, study, and organize William Marrion Branham sermons, with related features such as:
- sermon and Bible reading
- notes, subjects, and highlights
- imported personal documents
- advanced search
- audio playback and text-to-speech
- optional AI assistance
- optional backup and sync
- documentation and contact tools
2. License to use the software
Subject to these terms, you may use Wmb Table for personal, study, ministry, team, or organizational use.
You must not:
- use Wmb Table in violation of applicable law
- try to access systems, accounts, API keys, or data that you are not authorized to access
- intentionally disrupt the software or documentation site
- use the AI, audio, contact, or sync features to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
3. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you create, import, store, sync, or transmit through Wmb Table, including:
- notes
- subjects
- personal documents
- messages sent to the AI assistant
- content sent to remote TTS services
- messages sent through the contact form
You represent that you have the rights needed to use the documents, text, audio, and other content you submit or import.
4. Third-party services and external accounts
Some features depend on third-party services.
Depending on what you enable, Wmb Table may interact with:
- Google Drive
- GitHub
- Sentry
- OpenAI
- OpenRouter
- Gemini
- Claude
- Cartesia
- ElevenLabs
- Microsoft Edge TTS
- Formbold
- other compatible providers that you configure yourself
When you use those features:
- you are also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party services
- you are responsible for your third-party accounts, API keys, and granted permissions
- we do not control the availability or changes of those third-party services
5. AI and audio features
Outputs generated by AI providers or audio services may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or unsuitable for your purposes.
You are responsible for verifying:
- references
- summaries
- interpretations
- suggestions produced by AI
Wmb Table is an assistance and organization tool. It does not replace your own judgment, review, or source verification.
6. Backup and sync
Google Drive backup and sync are optional.
Even though the feature is intended to help protect your work, you acknowledge that:
- sync may fail
- restoration may be partial or may require intervention
- network, authentication, quota, or third-party-service issues may interrupt backup
- you remain responsible for confirming that important data has been preserved
If your data is important, keep your own backups or exports when appropriate.
7. Updates and feature changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or remove parts of Wmb Table or the documentation site at any time, including to:
- fix bugs
- improve security
- adapt to third-party service changes
- change AI, TTS, language, download, or sync options
Some features may change without notice if a third-party provider changes its service.
8. Availability and warranty disclaimer
Wmb Table is provided as is and as available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
- the app will always be available
- every feature will be error-free
- third-party services will remain compatible
- AI responses will be accurate
- sync will prevent all data loss
- downloads or updates will always be available
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages, business interruption, or lost opportunities arising out of or related to:
- use of or inability to use Wmb Table
- sync, import, export, AI, TTS, or update failures
- unavailable or changed third-party services
- misconfiguration of your device, accounts, or API keys
- content that you import, transmit, or store in the app
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Your use of Wmb Table is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension or termination
You may stop using Wmb Table at any time.
We may limit or interrupt parts of the documentation site or software when needed for technical, legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the software, documentation, or third-party integrations.
The date at the top of this page shows the latest update date.
